PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Handheld microcurrent (CES) sleep device — gentle electrical stimulation via palm contact

  • 9 intensity levels — adjustable via +/− buttons

  • 3 modes on LED screen: Sleep, Soft, Excited.

  • Built-in 500–800mAh battery, 12+ hours per charge, Type-C charging

  • Matte texture finish, ergonomic palm-grip shape.

HOW TO USE IT

  1. Charge fully before first use (Type-C, approx. 1–2 hours).

  2. 15–20 minutes before bed: sit or lie in a dim, quiet space.

  3. Hold the device in your palm with the metal contact points touching your skin.

  4. Press the power button. Select Sleep mode.

  5. Begin at level 1. You will feel a gentle pulse. Stay here for 2–3 nights to allow your body to adjust.

  6. Increase to level 2 or 3 once level 1 feels subtle. Find the level where the pulse is present but does not compete with your thoughts.

  7. Set the device on the nightstand when ready for sleep — it auto shuts off at 20 minutes.

Important: Higher intensity is not more effective. The goal is gentle, consistent stimulation. Start low and stay at the minimum level that works for you.

    Quiets a racing mind

The microcurrent creates a physical signal that interrupts the thought loop and gives the nervous system a clear cue to downshift.

  • Hand holding a digital device with a blue screen in a dark room

    Fall asleep in 10–20 minutes

Most users report noticeably faster sleep onset within the first week of consistent nightly use.

FAQs

What does it actually feel like?

At low levels, a gentle tingling or electrical pulse in your palm. At higher levels, a more pronounced sensation. It should never feel painful. If any level causes discomfort, reduce immediately. The correct sensation is one you can hold for 20 minutes without focusing on it.

How is this different from high-end CES devices?

The technology is similar — both are CES (Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation) devices. Premium clinical devices like Alpha-Stim cost $800–$1,000+, require prescriptions, and use earclip electrodes. The Sleep Signal uses the same general technology at a significantly lower entry point in a palm-held form factor. Results vary by individual, as with any wellness technology.

How long until I notice a difference?

Some users notice a difference on the first or second night. Most report meaningful changes within 3–7 nights of consistent use. Use it at the same time each night as part of a wind-down routine — consistency of timing appears to strengthen results.

Can I use it if I have a pacemaker or medical implant?

No. The device uses low-level electrical current and must not be used by anyone with implanted electrical devices (pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc.) or skin conditions, wounds, or eczema on the palms. If you are pregnant or under care for a neurological condition, consult your doctor before use.

Why start at level 1?

Level 1 is where most people find their effective baseline. Higher levels are not inherently more effective — they are simply more intense. Starting low lets your body respond to the minimum effective stimulus. Many regular users settle permanently at levels 2–4. Starting too high is the most common reason first-time users report discomfort.

Is it safe to use every night?

Yes, with normal use as described. The device is designed for nightly use. Auto shut-off prevents overexposure. Do not use more than one session per night.

  • How microcurrent affects the nervous system

CES uses sub-milliampere electrical currents — currents far smaller than touching a standard 9V battery. At these levels, research suggests the current modulates nervous system activity, influencing neurotransmitter regulation including GABA and serotonin. The result for many users is a shift from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to parasympathetic (rest) dominance — which is the neurological precondition for sleep. The device does not force sleep. It removes the barrier to it.

    The 20-minute wind-down ritual

Lights dimmed. Phone on the charger across the room. Lying in bed or sitting in a chair. Hold the device. Feel the pulse. Breathe slowly — not because you are forcing it, but because the stimulation naturally slows your system. 15–20 minutes later, set the device on the nightstand. It shuts off on its own. You are already most of the way there. The ritual works not because it is dramatic, but because it is repeatable.
