THE SUNDAY PRACTICE
Set aside 5–10 minutes on Sunday evening:
- Remove all 7 pods from the case.
- Fill each pod — AM compartment for morning supplements, PM for evening.
- Snap each pod closed and return to the case.
- Zip the case closed. Done for the week.

Will large supplements fit?
Yes. Compartments are sized for large supplements — 1000mg fish oil softgels, vitamin D3 capsules, and standard oval tablets all fit comfortably. If you take capsules larger than 2cm, test one compartment before filling the full week.
How many pills fit per compartment?
Approximately 8 fish oil softgels, 10 standard capsules (#0 size), or 50 small tablets per compartment. For a typical morning stack of 3–6 supplements, capacity is not an issue.
Are the pods BPA-free?
Yes. All plastic components are BPA-free and food-safe, designed for direct contact with supplements and medications.
Can I use the pods without the case?
Yes. Each pod is self-contained and closes securely on its own. You can take individual pods in a pocket, a small bag, or leave specific days on a desk as a reminder. The case is for organization and protection — not required for the pods to function.
