  • Free Tracked Shipping: Delivered within 7-12 days, our Free Tracked Shipping is available at no cost, providing reliable tracking from our warehouse to your doorstep.
  • Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Opt for our Express Shipping and receive your items within 5-10 days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

    International Shipping

    We ship internationally to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times may vary based on destination and are subject to processing times of 1-3 business days. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and can affect the time it takes for your items to arrive.

    Return & Refund Policy

    We strive for complete customer satisfaction at Naminer. If there’s an issue, here’s how we can help:

    • 15-Day Buyer Protection: From the date of receipt, you have 15 days to initiate a return if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described. Contact us at help@naminer.com with the details and any supporting images.
    • Return Costs: If the error is ours, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 1-10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
