HOW TO USE IT
- Remove one patch from its sealed sleeve.
- Peel the backing and apply to your pillowcase, inside your collar, or directly on the arm or shoulder.
- Leave in place overnight.
- Each patch can be reapplied for up to 3 nights — the scent fades slightly but remains effective.
- In the morning, remove and store flat in the sleeve for reuse, or discard.
- Note: Apply 30–60 minutes before bed as part of a consistent wind-down routine. The patch works best as a signal to slow down — not as a last-resort sedative.
