Delivery & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. During sales or high-demand periods, expect a short delay.
We offer two shipping options:
- Express Shipping — 5–8 business days | $9.99
- Standard Shipping — 7–11 business days | $4.75 (free on orders over $100)
Shipping timeframes start from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Pre-Orders
Some products are available before stock arrives at our warehouse. If you place a pre-order, we'll ship it as soon as stock lands. The estimated dispatch date is listed on the product page.
Shipping Protection
At checkout, you can add Shipping Protection. This covers replacement if your order is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. Without it, we can't guarantee a replacement.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
What qualifies:
- Your return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items need to be in original, unused condition — packaging, tags, and all.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
How to return an item:
1. Email us at help@naminer.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you return instructions, including the return shipping fee.
3. Package the item and post it back.
A few things to know:
- The return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. We'll tell you the exact amount before you confirm.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
- If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies. The remaining items will be charged at full price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
